Chapter 03
Services

Working together.

Artificial intelligence consulting, audits and product design — for companies, freelancers and individuals, in Angers, France, or remote.

Three trades, one person to talk to: guiding AI adoption, building custom products, and migrating existing applications. Direct, no platform, no commission. Seven formats to work with me.

Commitments
  • No middlemen

You talk to me directly. No agency, no commission, no middleman blurring the scope.

  • Clear scope

The scope is written right here. If the project outgrows it, we sign a clear amendment — not a hidden add-on.

  • Handover-ready code

Everything I write is designed so another team can pick it up. That's my definition of shipped.

  • An honest calendar

I tell you when I can start, when I can finish, and when I stop. No overcommitting.

Formats

Seven ways to work with me.

Pick the one that matches where you are. If you're not sure — it's probably the first one. That's exactly what the scoping day is for.

  • 01
    One day

    AI scoping workshop

You have an idea, a doubt, a promise worth digging into. We spend a day together — you, your team and me — sorting out what's possible, what's necessary, and what isn't worth pursuing.

    • A written scoping memo — clear and signed
    • A map of the technical options, with their costs
    • A 90-day roadmap, staged by value
    Duration

1 day, on-site or video call

  • 02
    Two to four weeks

FDE Sprint — AI engineer deployed at your site

The « Forward Deployed Engineer » format: I embed with your team, take a business process that costs hours, and turn it into an AI system in production — measured before and after. Week 1: immersion and scoping on your data. Weeks 2 to 4: build, production deployment, handover. No final report: a running system, and the numbers to prove it.

    • An AI system in production, in your environment
    • A written, signed before/after impact measurement
    • The code, the accounts and a handover workshop with your teams
    Duration

10 to 20 days, embedded with your teams

  • 03
    A few days

    AI agent prototype

An AI agent idea you need to test, fast. We start from your use case and end with an agent that runs — an assistant that acts, not a slide-deck demo. Enough to decide with your eyes open before investing more.

    • A working agent, deployed, that you can try
    • The Git repo and the keys, ready to hand over
    • An honest memo: what it can do, its limits, what comes next
    Duration

    2 to 4 person-days

  • 04
    One to two weeks

    Custom chatbot

A conversational assistant plugged into YOUR content — FAQ, documentation, internal knowledge base. It answers accurately, cites its sources, and fits into your site or your support desk. Not a generic chatbot: yours.

    • A chatbot trained on your corpus, with an embeddable widget
    • Anti-hallucination guardrails and sourced answers
    • A dashboard of the questions people ask, so you can improve it
    Duration

    5 to 10 person-days

  • 05
    Three to six weeks

    Custom SaaS application

We start from zero and end with a product you can show, sell and grow. Front end + back end + AI, accounts, payments, deployment — with design intent from day one. You walk away with the code, the accounts, the keys.

    • A deployed application, on your infrastructure or mine
    • The complete Git repo, documented, ready to hand over
    • A handover workshop with your team, so you can take the reins
    Duration

    15 to 30 person-days

  • 06
    Several weeks to several months

    Long-term product engagement

You need a partner who thinks product, writes code, and doesn't vanish after delivery. I embed with your team, own whole areas, pass on what I know — and leave when you no longer need me.

    • A continuity commitment (calendar, availability)
    • A written monthly progress review, for your records
    • A clean handover clause, built into the contract
    Duration

    Part-time or full-time

  • 07
    By the hour

Expert review — a second pair of eyes

You have a technical call to make, a prompt that won't behave, an architecture to challenge, AI-written code that needs a review. One call, one shared board, decisions. Clean.

    • A written note after the session, readable by the whole team
    • Traceable references and trade-offs
    • An optional two-week follow-up, free of charge
    Duration

    1 to 4 hours

Method

How it works.

Four steps. No sales funnel, no free pre-scoping that drags on for two months. We talk, we sign, we build, we hand over.

  1. 01
    First conversation

30 minutes on the phone. We figure out whether we want to work together. If not, I'll point you to someone who fits.

  2. 02
    Written proposal

One page. Scope, deliverables, price, timeline. To sign or renegotiate — not to interpret.

  3. 03
    Build

We work in short sprints, with a weekly demo and a written summary. You watch it move forward.

  4. 04
    Handover

On the last day I hand you the keys, run an onboarding session, and stay reachable for a month.
