The private space of a theater improv company: member directory, calendar of shows and workshops, cast list for every performance, a library of formats and game cards, expense reports and email notifications (Brevo). Self-hosted on a VPS, works offline (PWA) — used daily by the whole association.
Engagement model
Deployed in the association's own environment (self-hosted), used daily, handed over to the team — the forward deployed method before the name: immersion, delivery, transfer.
Before
Before — fragmented Trello boards, lost email threads, duplicated info, new members left adrift.
After
After — one place, works offline, email notifications, everyone up to date: the association got whole evenings back.
